With more than a decade’s experience, Decipha is a specialist provider of information logistics - the flow of physical information into and around an organisation. Decipha was originally established in 1996 as a division of Australia Post to provide mailroom solutions. Recognising the changes to the mailroom industry caused by advancements in technology, “Decipha” was incorporated in 2002 as an independent Australia Post entity to move with the changing market. Decipha has since built a strong knowledge of manual mailroom operations and the ability to provide an extensive range of complementary associated services, utilising a wide variety of scanning, data capture techniques and delivery mechanisms to improve the incoming information flow for our customers. Today, Decipha has established specialist servicing sites in six states to provide high quality outsourced mail x–ray screening, mailroom, imaging and data capture services. These centres are linked via a wide area network allowing for post-processing work to be distributed between locations, and enhancing business continuity. We employ approximately 500 staff who are highly trained across a number of client processes, allowing for resources to be allocated according to peaks and troughs in client activity. Our continuing ability to adapt with the changing market and customer needs means we can offer customers a solution that matches their requirements and is future-proofed for their needs in coming years.
