Workflow
Decipha provides hosted workflow solutions to help our clients:
- Manage any processing exceptions found during servicing via the internet
Using our workflow, identified exceptions are routed to client staff for correction. Once the appropriate amendments / updates are made, the corrected exception can then be re-ingested into the Decipha processing stream for completion. - Track the status of work undertaken
Where work is staged over a period of time and involves various processes, a workflow can be used to provide the status of the document to the client or their relevant customer. - Utilise an external workflow solution to assist with the post processing of documents
Where the client requires an external workflow (for online completion of a document by their users before it is ingested into their systems) Decipha can host this on their behalf.
Our workflow solution provides:
- Secure online access to client staff (via login) to view and easily amend / update data
- A configurable workflow to ensure documents are viewed / routed to the appropriate person or division for correction
- Scalability and flexibility to add further processes / volumes to the workflow
- Customisation to provide the required "look and feel" and user experience for client staff / customers.
