Imaging and Indexing

Decipha employs a pool of high volume scanning equipment to allow images to be captured in either black and white or colour reliably at up to 300dpi.

This pool enables more scanners to be employed or redeployed to meet with client peak volumes or provide business continuity in the case of scanner failure.

We also use image enhancement technologies to improve image quality by sharpening and de-speckling images. This improves data capture capability, and ensures a high quality image is produced for further use. (This includes storage in an image archive or viewing in a workflow).

Decipha’s systems can automatically generate an index for these images, or apply data capture technologies to further assist with the management of these images.
