To ensure staff safety and reduce the potential of mail threats halting operations, Decipha provides a comprehensive mail screening service.

This service can be tailored to a client’s particular needs and can include:

• Manual mail assessment – incorporating visual and tactile (touch) examination by trained “safe-handling” personnel using specialised tactile handling apparel and equipment.

• Mail X-ray screening – undertaken by staff extensively trained in the correct management and use of X-ray equipment for threat identification. Decipha screening practices meet all state and federal guidelines, and use proven X-Ray technologies.

• Secure delivery - various means can be used to ensure “screened” mail is not tampered with prior to receipt by your receiving location. To ensure security, cleared items can be security sealed; security tagged and be reconciled against a separately delivered manifest.
