Decipha can provide a range of “Return to Sender” (RTS) mail management options to prevent future printing and postage costs to redundant addresses.

These can be tailored to meet your requirements based on the systems you currently have in place.

Key options are:

• Separate, bundle and return service – where as part of our mail service, physical RTS mail is separated, bundled up and returned to your organisation for in-house processing.

• DPID hand scan service – where your mail-outs incorporate the Australia Post Delivery Point ID (DPID) four state extended barcode, which includes basic delivery address information (with the option of additional information). This barcode can be hand-scanned with the captured RTS information electronically delivered in a suitable format.
  
  As an additional option, Decipha can also match the captured RTS information against Australia Post’s “National Change of Address File” (NCOA), and electronically provide these address updates.

• Three of nine barcode service – where you have included your own 3 of 9 barcode identifier for updating your database records. Decipha can use a hand scanner to capture this barcode and provide this RTS information in a suitable electronic format.

• Image and data capture from the document – where no suitable barcode is available, Decipha can capture the RTS data directly from the document using a “light-pen” or standard image and data capture service.
