Upon intercepting RTS mail items on your behalf, our trained and security cleared operators will scan the envelope barcode (DPID or standard barcodes) and transmit data files to your nominated delivery point.  Gaining access to this RTS data will enable incorrect customer details to be identified and updated within your organisation’s database. 

A range of value add customisations are available, such as opening envelopes to scan and electronically capture any required data from the documents, along with the RTS reason (if available).  We can also check RTS customer details against the Australia Post National Change of Address (NCOA) database and provide updated address details as part of our service.
